An anxiety therapist can help clients with…

  • feeling like anxiety rules your life

  • constant overwhelm or dissociation

  • panic attacks

  • how anxiety harms your relationships

  • low self esteem

  • anxiety affecting your quality of life

There is a different way help anxiety through therapy.

Anxiety is a fancy word for fear. We will not stop feeling anxiety, and overwhelm until we no longer perceive something to be fearful of.

Body-based psychotherapy is different than talk therapy. It is a powerful mind and body therapy that helps you do this.

Body-based work is an invitation for your nervous system to relax and restabilize, dealing with anxiety differently.

“Katie is one of the most thoughtful and caring therapists I know. If you are looking to do deeper and exploratory therapeutic work, that also involves learning somatic resourcing, nervous system regulation, and present moment experiencing. I would strongly recommend working with Katie.”
